  Dave,

  After choosing your own password using the Zendesk welcome email, then go to website: https://securitydoorinc.zendesk.com and login in the upper right corner.  When you have a service request, click on "Submit a request" in the upper right corner.  Type in the Subject Box.  Then CC anyone in your office that needs to be CC'd.  Then describe the problem in the large box.  

  I will respond with a job number.  Shortly after that, you will receive notification from myself or one of the techs when we are on the way.
